2. Hardness: HRC59-61 (SKH51), HRC50-55 (SKD61).

3. Tolerance: ±0.001 mm

4. Surface treatments: Titanium nitride (TiCN) coating, chromium nitride coating, hard chrome plating, aluminum titanium nitride coating, nitriding, and nanoscale coatings (nARo2), among others—each achieving a surface hardness of HV2400 or higher (coatings available upon customer request).

5. Concentricity: 0.002mm

6. Precision: The precision of the effective mating area for the valve needle is within 0.002 mm, and valve needles of the same specification can be interchangeably matched with their corresponding valve sleeves.

7. Common valve needle size machining range: Diameter 2–13.5 mm; length 100–1,500 mm.
