3. Tolerance: 0.001 mm (shaft diameter), 0.001 mm (bore)

4. Surface treatments: Titanium nitride (TiCN) coating, chromium nitride (CrN) coating, hard chrome plating, aluminum titanium nitride coating, nitriding, and nanoscale coatings (nARo2), among others—each achieving a surface hardness of HV2400 or higher (coatings available upon customer request).

5. Concentricity: 0.002mm–0.005mm

6. Precision: The precision of the effective mating area for the valve needle is within 0.001 mm, and valve needles of the same specification can be interchangeably matched with their corresponding valve sleeves.

7. Common valve needle size machining range: Diameter ø2–ø10 mm; length 150–1500 mm.
