3. Tolerance: +/-0.001 mm

4. Surface treatments: Titanium nitride (TiCN) coating, chromium nitride coating, hard chrome plating, titanium aluminum nitride coating, nitriding, and nanoscale coatings (nARo2), among others. Surface hardness exceeds HV2400 (coatings available upon customer request).

5. Concentricity: 0.002mm

6. Precision: The precision of the effective mating area for the valve needle is within 0.002 mm, and valve needles of the same specification can be interchangeably matched with their corresponding valve sleeves.

7. Common valve needle size machining range: Diameter 2–13.5 mm; length 100–1500 mm.
